UNESCO Laureate:  Awarded as one of the ten best educators of the world for outstanding achievements and innovations in the field of teaching and educational research with Jan Amos Comenius medal and a Diploma to be the first Nepali teacher educator to receive such prestigious UNESCO award, Geneva, Switzerland 2008.
