Sushila Pandey born on Nov 23, 1958, in Chitwan district is a social development practitioner actively involved in various national and international organizations holding different positions. She began her career as Woman development officer in Tanahun district and later took up various positions such as Social Development Expert, Social Planner and GESI Specialist in different national and international organizations.
Ms Pandey completed her Masters Degree in Sociology from Tribhuvan University in 1989 and M.S. in Rural and Regional Development Planning from Asian Institute of Technology Bangkok in 1991. She also has earned a Bachelor of Law Degree from the Tribhuwan University. She has received several professional trainings on social planning, gender and social inclusion. She is the member in Sociological and Anthropological Association Nepal (SASON) and member in AIT Alumni Association ( AITAA).
